Reenrollment for 2017-2018

Starts January 30, 2017

Follow these four easy steps to reenroll for next year.

1.      Login to your Parent Portal to complete the WebForm “Reenrollment Form” by February 10.  It takes less than five minutes! Here are the steps:

a.      Login in to your school’s website and click on the Parents Web icon in the left column.  Login to the Portal.

b.      Under “School Information” section on left of page, click on Web Forms.

c.      Click on Reenrollment link in center of screen.

d.      Answer questions.  (This is one form answered per family, and not a separate form for each child.)

e.      Be sure to Click Save at the very bottom of the screen.

2.      Pay your $220 family registration fee.  To reserve your spot for 2017-2018 every family must pay a minimum of $50 toward your family registration fee in February.  Full payment is due no later than April 28. Take advantage of these discounts:

·        Pay Jan. 30-Feb. 3 and receive a Catholic Schools Week $100 discount.

·        Pay February 6-28 and receive a $50 discount.

We already have more than 60 inquiries for enrollment from new families for next year.  Available spaces will fill quickly. We are giving priority to returning families in February.  On March 1 enrollment opens to new families. Don’t lose your place!

3.      Renew or apply for a scholarship for each of your children.  See enclosed letter and Financial Assistance Information. Renewal scholarships from Step Up for Students opened in October.   Step Up for Students award letters must be received in the school office by March 1 to reserve your spot for next year.  Renew your application today and be sure to include any Add-On siblings!

4.     Complete FACTS payment plan reenrollment by responding to your reenrollment email notice from FACTS.

We will continue to work with each family within the framework of the scholarships available to make a Catholic education affordable. Scholarships significantly offset the $6,000 tuition fee and the $420 book/technology fee in grades K-8.  PK3 students are assisted by a Guardian scholarship; they also pay a $100 craft & materials fee. Apply early for a scholarship. See enclosed Financial Assistance Information for more details.
